The project involved the rehabilitation of governor systems for 2x23 MW Karacaören II HEPP located in Antalya/Turkey.

• HPU, wicket gate servomotors, butterfly valve control system and butterfly valve pistons design, production and installation
• Controls of wicket gate servomotors, butterfly valve pistons and by-pass valves and drainage system
• Francis turbine and speed governor commissioning
• Preparing HPU control and maintenance instructions
• Governor system personnel training
