KARAKAYA HEPP GOVERNOR SYSTEM

The project involved the governor systems of 2x5 MW Karakaya HEPP located in Trabzon/Turkey.

• 6 nozzle pelton HPU and butterfly control system design, production and installation
• Controls of 6 nozzles, jet deflector piston, butterfly piston,mechanical overspeed device and by-pass valve
• 6 nozzle pelton turbine and speed governor commissioning
• Preparing HPU control and maintenance instructions
• Governor system personnel training
