The project involved the rehabilitation of governor systems for 8x185 MW Keban HEPP located in Elazığ/Turkey.

• HPU, spare emergency unit and wicket gate servomotors design, production, and installation
• Controls of wicket gate servomotors, locking pistons and mechanical overspeed device
• Designing and commissioning of a new speed measurement system
• Francis turbine and speed governor commissioning
• Preparing HPU control and maintenance instructions
• Governor system personnel training
